Kris Gethin is our on-screen Krish’s hero in his real life, Kris is a therapist and professional bodybuilder from India who is the motivation behind Hrithik Roshan’s dreamy body. In one of his interviews from 2017, Hrithik shared that he had incorporated a lot of cross fit and weight training in his regime. He confessed saying, It was a 12-week transformation with Kris that brought him to shape he is in right now. His diet mainly consisted of 100 grams of meat and some fibrous carbs like broccoli, sprouts and spinach, a cup of rice or pasta. Later he was allowed to add protein powder and eggs to his diet. After training with Kris, Hrithik lost about 10 kilos in 10 weeks! How motivational is THAT now!

2. Akshay Kumar – Parkour

Our very own Khiladi Kumar, who is known to be a fitness enthusiast, is a huge fan of outdoor exercises. The actor, who has always been into martial arts to keep fit, has adopted a new technique known as ‘Parkour’. Talking about his own work-out regime, Akshay revealed in past that he practices parkour – a form of workout that involves a lot of free body movements, jumping and leaping.

“When you work out in a gym, each exercise only focuses on a certain body part. Parkour is a complete workout and it’s fun, and yes, I do prefer it over working out in a gym” 

3. Deepika Padukone – Pilates

Ace Shuttler Prakash Padukone’s elder daughter Deepika Padukone grew up learning the sport and she is extremely fond of it. Deepika is one of the actresses of Bollywood Industry who is very particular of her fitness regime. She indulges in sport to keep herself fit. In an interview with GQ, B-town’s current fittest actor Tiger Shroff revealed on what’s her regular fitness routine is like. The actor said, “My fitness routine (when I’m not shooting) is waking up in the morning and doing some martial arts training or dance rehearsals. In the evening I do a lot of weight training.”

6. Salman Khan – Bicycle

Bollywood’s Bhaijaan and the “current talk of the town”, Salman Khan who is always known to have influenced half millions around the world to sport six-pack abs, has always been giving fitness goals to every man out there.
