Nimrit shared, “I incorporated MMA and Kick Boxing into my workout regime. I have experienced an entire shift in my mentality with MMA. You learn how to not give up or quit irrespective of the conditions, which pushed me mentally on the show and led me to never quitting a stunt. Apart from MMA, my regime was inclusive of CrossFit, Strength Training, and Mobility. During the prep, I realized the importance of recovery even more. We often tend to not give our body enough of that, which can further be a hindrance. I understood that striking a balance is a must. So always listen to your body and make sure to step in for ice baths and massages timely.”
